#1147 Shadow (Autumn Kittens)

Adoption Pending
Medium-size, Female, Baby Domestic Short Hair,

Greetings! My name is Shadow, and I'm a curious and playful kitten with a penchant for adventure. I love romping around with my three siblings, chasing after imaginary prey and engaging in mock battles that leave us all exhausted but exhilarated.

Despite my energetic nature, I also find immense joy in moments of tranquility. I often curl up in a sunbeam, soaking up the warmth and letting my mind wander. The gentle hum of the house and the sound of my foster mom's voice create a soothing harmony that lulls me into a state of blissful relaxation. I also find myself wanting to snuggle with my foster mom's children, there's something peaceful about how gently they hold me and snuggle that makes me fall right asleep.

I'm fascinated by the world around me, and I love to observe everything from the safety of my cat tree by the sliding glass door. The vibrant colors of flowers, the rhythmic chirping of birds, and the gentle sway of leaves in the breeze are all sources of endless delight. Before I dive headfirst into a game of fetch or a chase around the house, I take a moment to survey my surroundings, ensuring that I'm entering a safe and welcoming environment.

My personality is a harmonious blend of curiosity, playfulness, and calmness. I'm always eager to explore the world around me with my siblings, but I also cherish moments of solitude and reflection. Whether I'm frolicking in the sunshine or curled up in a cozy spot, I'm always open to new experiences and ready to embrace the joy that life has to offer.

I'd love for you to take me home and enjoy life's little joys with me. I'm sure you have a lap that I'd love to snuggle up in.

Shadow (Autumn Kittens) Shadow (Autumn Kittens) is currently being fostered in Manassas, VA.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.

This cat's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
