Jasper is the smallest kitten in his litter. He has a very sweet disposition and is super affectionate. He started off a bit more cautious than his littermates, but is now comfortable and confident, and he will tumble and play just like his big brothers! Jasper especially likes to be under covers, snuggled in pillows, or hanging out on the couch. He also loves following his humans or other pets in the house, but most of all he enjoys napping on human laps or snuggling up right next to you. Jasper is an excellent work from home companion, and likes to participate in Zoom meetings when given the chance. He was the first in his litter to gain an appetite for cat food during weaning, and is a good eater! He prefers wet food to dry, litter trained and 100% ready to find his forever family🤍
All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.
This cat's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
