My name is Remembering Charleston Chew and I’m part of the candy-themed transport for OPH. I’m guessed to be a shepherd/hound mix, 45lbs, and about 2 years old. I’m a very sweet chill guy with the prettiest eyes. I love being petted! When you stop, I bop you with my nose or give you my paw to get more!
I just arrived but so far in my foster home....
*I settled in very quickly,
*I am very good at come, sit, and I'm getting comfortable with my new collar.
*I am very treat oriented,
*I know what the bag of dog food is and pat it with my paw to let her know I want more,
*I also whine and go to the door when I have to go out,
*I have had no accidents but my foster mom has me in the crate if she can’t watch me,
*I take a few minutes to settle in the crate before sleeping well overnight.
*I walk very well on the leash, but sometimes I love just hanging out on the grass. Today I laid in the grass and watched the geese,
*I am still a little shy, but I met more people. They were ok!
*I have seen dogs, but not close enough to sniff them. I'm very interested, but never barked or pulled.
I want to be someone's sweetheart! Is that with you? If so apply today! I won’t be available long!
This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
