#10678 Castle Pook

Large-size, Female, Adult Labrador Retriever,

Hi! My name is Castle Pook and I'm part of the Irish Castle themed OPH transport.

Click here and here to see me playing fetch in the yard with my foster!

I'm a sweet girl, currently weighing 60 lbs., and I LOVE to play. If future adopters had a (tall) fenced in back yard for me to show off my athleticism, it would be great. I'm super energetic and can jump at least 5 ft in the air! I love going for walks outside, playing fetch and also love snuggling and being by my humans for close cuddly time. I am very friendly, curious, and love people watching from my balcony at home. I've been told I'm smart and learn commands well. I am crate and potty trained, and I am not vocal at all. If you want to get on my good side, bring tons of treats and lots of toys!

I've made my way north in search of my new family. Is that with you? If so apply today! I won't be available for long

Castle Pook is up-to-date on her vaccinations and has been spayed. She is best in a home without cats and is best in a home without small children. Castle Pook is currently being fostered in Herndon, VA.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Davidsonville, MD for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Davidsonville.

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
