#11003 Campanino

Medium-size, Male, Young Retriever,

Hi! My name is Campanino and I’m part of the OPH Apple theme transport that came up on 11/19/21. I'm guessed to be a retriever (and probably collie) mix, about 6 months old, and I currently weigh around 25 lbs.

I am named after the Campanino apple which is often used as a cooking apple since its flesh remains intact and compact even after cooking. It is also excellent when eaten fresh as it retains all its nutrients even months after being harvested.

- I’m your typical happy puppy
- I'm super sweet
- I love to be snuggled on
- I love belly rubs
- I'm crate trained
- I love to run
- I love to play
- I get along with most of the other dogs I’ve met, slow intros are really helpful to me
- I'm great with kids
- My fur is so soft
- I have shown no interest in the chickens that live on the property
- I have also shown no interest in and am wary of the cat

I made my way north in search of my new family is that with you? If so apply today! I won’t be available for long.

Campanino is up-to-date on his vaccinations and has been neutered. Campanino is currently being fostered in Glen Burnie, MD.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Davidsonville, MD for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Davidsonville.

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
