#11821 Goo-Goose

Adoptable
Medium-size, Female, Adult Doberman Pinscher,

Hi! I'm Goo Goose, in honor of the Dr Suess' birthday! I'm a sweet gal and guessed to be a 2yr old Dobie mix. I currently weigh 27lbs.

I’m a little timid when it comes to new experiences, but who isn't?! I'm becoming more confident everyday, so pretty soon, I'll be ready to take on the world. I get excited when I see new people and give them all the kisses. My favorite activities are snuggling and belly rubs. I love to be where my people are and get along with my puppy foster siblings. I’m still young, so I’m still learning my manners and commands, but I’m a fast learner and eager to please! I don't love being in the crate, but I'm learning that it's a safe space to be. I'm also still working on housebreaking, but having less accidents everyday. I like to chase the cat, so no home with cats please. While I continue to learn my manners and all about this crazy life, I would also do best in a home with older children.

I am in search of my new forever family. Is that you? If so, apply today!

Goo-Goose is up-to-date on her vaccinations and has been spayed. She is best in a home without cats and is best in a home without small children. Goo-Goose is currently being fostered in York, PA.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Davidsonville, MD for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Davidsonville.

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
