Hi! My name is Sadie Marie. I'm guessed to be a 3 year-old lab mix and I weigh about 33 lbs. I made my way to Frederick, MD December 2, 2022.
My foster mom is getting to know me and I trust her, she has been brushing me and telling me how good I am (not to mention beautiful).
Only one accident in the house, but know outside is where I should go potty.
So far I've been quiet, no barking even when the other dogs here barked.
I do like being in the fenced yard foster mom stays with me.
I like my crate, foster mom calls it my room, I eat there so there's no confusion on whose food is whose.
I will go in my room when asked but would rather be where I can see foster mom.
I hope to find my new family. If you think you might want to meet me, you must submit an application first, so go ahead and Apply today!
All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.
This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
