#12377 Teddy

Medium-size, Male, Adult Black Mouth Cur,

My name is Teddy and I am so happy OPH brought me to a foster home! It was getting cold outside where I was.

I’m guessed to be a Black Mouth Cur mix and about 2 years old. I am sooo sweet and I currently weigh 68 lbs. Foster mom says I’m just a big Teddy bear! So far I have been friendly to everyone I’ve met - including kids. I slept quietly in my crate and have done my potty business outside. I love to be pet, I will lean right into you. I am pretty strong so a no-pull harness is helpful. I listen well too - I even stayed in the bathtub when I didn’t want to. Now I’m fresh and clean and ready for someone to pick me to take home. Could that be you?

If so apply today! I won’t be available long!

Teddy is up-to-date on his vaccinations and has been neutered. Teddy is currently being fostered in Bel Air, MD.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
