Hey there! I'm Kaitlyn, aka one of the K kids, the canine sensation that landed in OPH on 1/12/24. At 15 weeks old, I'm a Catahoula Leopard mix with a dash of lab – because who doesn't love a good hybrid breed?
Currently tipping the scales at a whopping 11.5lbs as of 1.26.24 and will rp9bably be close to 55lbs full grown. I'm not just a cute face – I've got skills! I'm mastering the art of designated potty areas and charming humans with my playful antics. Teenagers, beware – I've successfully trained a few in my foster home!
On the lookout for a forever home, I come with a few requests. Don't leave me alone for more than 4 hours; I'm still perfecting the art of not causing chaos when bored. As I grow, teach me the doggy ropes – sit, stay, and maybe even some fancy tricks. Professional training? Count me in! Oh, and the most crucial requirement: endless snuggles, playtime, and a commitment to loving me forever and ever. Ready to welcome the Kaitlyn magic into your life? Apply today before I become the next canine celebrity!
All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.
This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
