#6817 Chardonnay

Large-size, Female, Young Labrador Retriever,

Hello! My name is Chardonnay, and just like a fine wine, I'll get ever better with time -- although I don't know how that's possible, because I think I'm practically perfect! I'm only 8 months old and they tell me I have some learning yet to do. But I sit when they tell me and I have been a good girl with the housetraining. I have been good in the crate, too, at bed time.

Mostly, I love to love and play. People tell me my freckles are really cute and love to pet my super soft coat. They think I am something called a Lab possibly mixed with Shepherd.

If you are interested in adopting me, please apply today! Because I am so young, I will need a bit more guidance and exercise. But it will be so much fun!

Chardonnay is up-to-date on her vaccinations and has been spayed. Chardonnay is currently being fostered in Delta, PA.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
