Are you looking for a sweetie? A cuddler? A lovebug? That would be me! I’m Glynda! I’m a sweet, 4-year-old girl, who appears to be a Lab mix. I’m 65 pounds, and I LOVE to kiss and cuddle with my people!

I’m a smart girl, and have completed basic obedience class with my foster mom. I know sit, stay, down, shake paw, leave-it, and come. In my foster home I have great house manners, am potty trained, and do not need to be in a crate. I love the outdoors (click here to see) and am a happy dog inside and out—I just want to be near my people! I really enjoy walks and hikes. I could happily walk for miles and my foster says I walk very well on a leash. I also really enjoy car rides!

I’m also content to just lay beside someone on the couch or snuggle up for a nap. When indoors in my foster home, I love to lay quietly, contently chewing on my bully sticks, marrow bones or licking frozen peanut butter out of Kongs! One of my favorite toys is an “indestructible” snake squeaker toy that I love to gently tug with or shake around by myself! I’m happy entertaining myself and will toss a squeaker ball around outside up in the air and fetch it then toss it again all by myself! I also like to play with my foster’s personal dog- we roll around and wrestle, but we play very nicely!

I enjoy most other dogs after a slow introduction. I also do best with slow introductions to new people, but after a proper introduction, I warm up quickly and show my sweetness! I enjoy hanging out in the yard with the neighborhood kids at my foster home. However, the constant activity of small children can be a bit overwhelming. I'd do best in a home with older children or children who are dog-savvy. I also tend to chase small animals (it’s irresistible!), so I may be best in a home without cats or small dogs.

I’m a happy girl and I can’t wait for you to see my wagging tail that swishes all day long! My foster mom says if they could attach a swiffer to my tail, they’d never have to clean the floor! My foster family has found that overall I’m an easy-going, sweet, happy, low maintenance dog and will make someone a great companion!

I have a guardian angel that thinks I am very special and has sponsored me. My adoption fee has been greatly reduced to help my new family adopt me.
