Willow is a happy, energetic dog who is house-broken and crate trained. She loves people and forms a tight and loyal bond very quickly. She is a first-rate love bug who will shower her affection on her family, shadow you from room to room, and snuggle with you on the couch.
She is an excellent watchdog, but not a serious barker. She loves to climb on things (she enjoys lounging on top of her crate when she is loose!). Willow has a fun personality and is very smart and treat motivated. She plays a great game of fetch, and is excellent on a leash.
Willow gets along well with other dogs, but would very much like to chase cats. She is doing well with the cat in her foster home, but it's a cat who stands her ground and is very dog-savvy..
Willow gave birth to puppies on February 23 and was an excellent mom. Now that they have weaned, she is quickly regaining her shape and eager to find her forever people. She will be spayed soon and ready to go home on May 5th!

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
