Adopted
Medium-size, Male, Adult Labrador Retriever,
Remembering Deuce is up-to-date on his shots and has been neutered. He is best in a home without dogs and is best in a home without small children. Remembering Deuce is currently being fostered in Alexandria, VA.

My name is Remembering Deuce but I answer to Carrot. I'm guessed to be a Lab mix about 1.5 years old, 65 lbs. I take my time warming up to new people, but once I do I'm loyally yours! I'm a gentle giant and have so much love to give!

I'm house trained at my foster mom's house and I LOVE running around her backyard. I've made so many dog friends in my new foster home and would prefer my forever family to have a fenced yard to play in so I can continue to make friends and have visitors.

I tend to like a quieter atmosphere, so young children may be a little much for my sensitive ears to handle. My favorite thing to do is snuggle my head in my foster mom's lap and I'm always up for a belly rub or ear scratches. I also like playing with and chewing on my toys and I'm very cautious to make sure to chew on only my things which makes everyone happy!

If you would love a new snuggle buddy please apply to take me home today, I am ready to love my new forever home!

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
