#8817 Downward Dog

Completed
Large-size, Female, Young German Shepherd Dog,
Downward Dog is up-to-date on her shots and has been spayed. Downward Dog is currently being fostered in Severna Park, MD.

Hi! My name is Downward Dog and I'm part of the Fitness Themed transport that came to OPH 1-17-20! I'm guessed to be a German Shepherd dog Mix and about 6 months old. I'm a sweet girl and currently weighs about 45 pounds.

-I love people, but I haven't been around kids yet. I have a lot of energy right now, so older kids might be better so I don't knock little ones down. I really love snuggling with my people on the couch. I am an A+ snuggle buddy.

-I love to play with other dogs and I play well with the two dogs I live with, although my foster mom has to remind me they don't want to play ALL the time.

-I do okay with two dog-savvy cats that I live with, but foster mom says I might not be the best cat companion since I really want to play with them.

-I only had a few accidents in the house when I got to my foster home, but I've pretty much figured that out now!

-The crate is okay I guess, I'll sleep in there at night and when my foster parents are at work. Sometimes I'll bark to remind you I'm still there. I just really want to hang out with you and play!

Overall I am a great pup and will be a great addition to your family!

Are you ready to adopt? If so apply today! I won't be available for long!

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
