My name is Tappy! I'm about 15 lbs and cute as can be. My foster Mom has been working really hard with me, you see I came from a court seizure case. I have never know love before I came to my foster home. My new family will need to have some patience with me and give me some time to get comfortable in their home.

I am learning that people can be great! My foster Mom gives me treats and says good boy every time I let her do something new to me. It took a couple days to know I was safe, but I'm learning that I really love to get pets and scratches on my ears and belly rubs are the best!
So far in my foster home, this is what my foster Mom has noticed:
*I am a bit shy at first, but once I come out of my shell, I can be playful as can be!
*I have learned the potty routine, and have only had one accident in my crate when I first got here.
*I am not a fast eater, and I take treats out of her hand gently.
*I would do best in a quiet environment with a fenced in yard.
***Due to this background it is recommended that an adopter with dog experience and no children under 16 be in the home. While he may grow into a wonderful dog that can be around kids, He is not that dog yet.

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
