Hi! My name is Kenji and I’m part of the 9/11 Memorial Dog themed transport arrived to OPH 9/11/2020. I am named after Kenji who served as a Search and Rescue dog at the World Trade Center during the 9/11 Tragedy. I am SO honored to carry his namesake! Makes me feel brave and ready to tackle the world! I am a bit shy meeting new people but so happy at the same time as my tail and whole back end is wagging away! My foster says I appear to be house trained and am well behaved in her home.
I’m guessed to be a Hound mix and estimated to be about 10 months young. I’m a sweet boy and I currently weigh about 25lbs. Since I am so young, I have a lot of energy and will need regular exercise just like a young child.
I’m looking for my new family to love and who will love me in return. Is that with you! If so apply today! I won’t be available long!
This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
