Hi! My name is Remembering Anne Pelchat and I’m part of the Remember Me 2020 themed transport that came to OPH on 10-9-20! I'm named after a woman who has since passed. I'm guessed to be a lab/hound mix and I am about 1-2 years old. I am a sweet girl and I currently weigh about 50lbs. I know some general commands and have been working on not jumping up when excited. So far, I have had no accidents in the house and have loved every person and dog I have met. When I see other dogs I give a bark to let them know I am around. On walks I am really interested in squirrels and cats, so I might not do well in a home with cats. I need some coaxing to go into a crate, but settle in quickly. I could use some leash training to be a better walking companion. I am quite content chewing on an antler for hours.
I'm making my way north in search of a new family. Is that with you? If so apply today! I won't be available for long!

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
