Join us as we take part in Carroll County Humane Society's "Mega Adoption Event". Food trucks, vendors, crafts and direct sales. The event takes place in PetSmart's parking lot. Come meet OPH volunteers and adoptable dogs at the PetSmart on Urbana Pike in Frederick.
