Meet Hearth – The Ultimate Lovebug
Hearth is a puppy who absolutely craves human attention and will light up with excitement whenever he sees people. This affectionate boy wants nothing more than to be by your side, soaking up all the love, snuggles, and belly rubs he can get.
With his loving and cuddly personality, Hearth will make an incredible companion. He eagerly follows his humans, wags his tail nonstop, and will happily curl up in your lap for a nap after a play session with his littermates. His warm, friendly nature makes him a perfect fit for a family looking for a devoted and affectionate pup.
This well-socialized pup has been around children as young as two, adults, and dogs of all sizes, making him a great fit for a variety of homes. He is learning about the world and will need a family ready to continue his training, socialization, and puppy adventures.
Hearth is part of the Cozy & Warm Pups litter, a group of adorable mixed-breed puppies expected to grow into large, loving companions. He is just beginning to explore the world and will need a family ready to help him learn, grow, and experience all the joys of puppyhood.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.
This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
