About May Girl
Hello! My name is May! I'm a mixed breed pup with a sweet personality, ready to give you all my love and loyalty. At 62 lbs., I'm the perfect size, don't you think? I arrived on 1/31 so check back soon for updates on my personality, along with new photos. I’m looking for my forever family! Is that with you? If so please hit the adopt me button and let’s get our family started.

IDEAL HOME
May Girl's ideal home would be a loving and patient family, giving her time to build trust and blossom into the dog she's meant to be. She would benefit from a home with another dog to show her the ropes and help build her confidence. She would do best in a quiet home outside of the busy city life. A fenced in backyard would help May Girl feel safe and comfortable to explore her surroundings and learn to play with her family. OPH has licensed trainers that are available by email or phone for extra support and guidance after adoption.

May Girl May Girl is currently being fostered in Red Lion, PA.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
