Update: I am turning into my foster mom's little sidekick. I love hanging out with her while she works or watches TV. I play well by myself and when I need a rest I love laying down on her lap. My coat turned out to be very short and velvety smooth, you will love petting me.
I am one of the 6 Little Leaves and I am an expert at hiding. I can tell when our foster mom is ready to say good night and put us to bed in our big enclosure, and that's when I use my super skills. I find new hiding spots every day and turn the evening into hide-and-seek game. I also love playing with my big sister Holly, who is my size and can handle rough-housing. We are both very fast eaters and probably that's why we are growing fast. I look almost like my brother Aspen, but I have a black spot on my head and my tail is colorful. These markings make me very interesting.
All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.
This cat's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
