šŸ¾ Meet Tiger: Your Adventure-loving Companion from Kosovo

Name: Tiger

Age: Approximately 10 months

Breed: Hound Mix

Origin: Kosovo

Weight: About 38 lbs

Introduction: Say hello to Tiger, the spirited and lovable pup who traveled all the way from Kosovo to find his forever home in the USA, and maybe yours! This handsome hound mix is bursting with personality and is ready to embark on exciting adventures with his new family.

Personality: Tiger is an amazing boy who embraces life with boundless enthusiasm. Whether he's chasing after a ball, exploring the great outdoors on hikes, or simply enjoying a good cuddle session at home, Tiger approaches everything with gusto. He's a silly love bug who adores attention and affection from his humans, melting into your arms with happiness.

Behavior and Training: Tiger is crate trained and housebroken, making him a breeze to care for indoors. While he walks well on a leash, he's still refining his skills and is almost there. Tiger is a medium to medium-high energy dog who thrives on physical activity, so a fenced-in yard and ample space to run and play would be ideal for him.

Ideal Home: Tiger would flourish in a home with a fenced-in yard where he can burn off his abundant energy through play and exploration. He loves the company of other dogs and children, although he's learning boundaries to minimize jumping when meeting new people and pups. Tiger's resilience and zest for life are truly inspiring, and he's sure to bring joy and laughter to any household lucky enough to welcome him.

Tiger Kosovo Tiger Kosovo is currently being fostered in Alexandria, VA.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the fosterā€™s home, you may experience something different in your home.
