DOB: 8/12/24
Current Weight: 8.8 lbs
Estimated Adult Weight: 51 lbs

About Spook:
Don't let his name fool you—Spook is all about fun, love, and puppy mischief! This adorable pup from the Howl-o-Ween Pups is eager to find his forever family. Full of energy and affection, Spook is ready to share his playful personality with you.

Personality:
Spook loves to romp around with his siblings and is always up for a good play session. He's curious and adventurous but also enjoys cuddle time after a long day of exploring. With a perfect mix of liveliness and snuggles, Spook is sure to steal your heart!

I’m Searching For:
Someone who won’t leave me home alone for more than 4 hours, at least not until I’m older. The older I get, the longer I can stay home alone. I just don’t want you to be upset with me if I have accidents or chew things I’m not supposed to. I’m a puppy, and I get bored quickly!

A forever home that will help me learn and grow. I’m young and still figuring things out, so you might need to teach me commands like sit, stay, and come. Professional training will help me bond with you and become the best dog I can be.

Most importantly, I hope my new family will snuggle with me, play with me, and love me forever!

Health:
Since I’m still a young puppy, I’ve only received 2 of the 3 required puppy distemper vaccines. This is crucial because my immune system won’t be fully developed until about 16 weeks of age. Until then, I need to stay out of public places like pet stores, dog parks, and areas frequented by other dogs for my safety.

I am microchipped and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines and monthly preventatives.

Spook is ready for a forever home where he can thrive—will you be the one to welcome him?

Spook (The Howl-o-ween Pups) Spook (The Howl-o-ween Pups) is currently being fostered in Littlestown, PA.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
