Meet Moon from the Howl-o-Ween Pups!

Name: Moon
Age: 9 weeks
DOB: 8/12/24
Current Weight: 8 lbs
Estimated Adult Weight: 46 lbs

About Moon:
Moon is a delightful puppy from the Howl-o-Ween Pups, full of joy and energy. With her larger size and playful personality, she’s always eager to explore the world around her. Moon is ready to find her forever family and share her love with them.

Personality:
Moon is curious, fun-loving, and loves to play with her siblings. She’s an active pup who enjoys romping around, but she’s just as happy to snuggle up with you after a fun-filled day. With her sweet and affectionate nature, she’s sure to win your heart.

I’m Searching For:
Someone who won't leave me home alone for more than 4 hours, at least not until I’m older. The older I get, the longer I can be alone, but for now, I’m still learning and need company so I don’t get into trouble from boredom.

A forever home that will help me grow into the best dog I can be. I’m still young and learning, so professional training would help me bond with you and learn fun tricks like sit and stay. Let’s work together to help me become a well-behaved dog!

Most importantly, I’m looking for someone to snuggle with, play with, and love me forever.

Health:
Please note that because I’m still a puppy, I’ve only had 2 of the 3 required puppy distemper vaccines. This means that I need to stay out of public places until my immune system is fully developed at around 16 weeks. This is for my safety, so no pet stores, dog parks, or shared spaces with other dogs until then!

I am microchipped and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines and monthly preventatives.

If you’re ready to give Moon her forever home, she can’t wait to meet you!

Moon (The Howl-o-ween Pups) Moon (The Howl-o-ween Pups) is currently being fostered in Littlestown, PA.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
