About Swiftie
Hey y’all! I’m Swiftie and being a tripod doesn't slow me down. I'm active, happy and ready to keep up with your family! I've journeyed north from MS looking for a loving forever home. I arrived to OPH on 11/15.
- I am still learning three leg life. I do well outside but steps and hard floors slow me down.
- I enjoy playing with other dogs.
- I like to chew but am still learning what I should and should not chew on.
- I sleep well in a crate and settle well on my own.

Personality
I’m a very sweet girl with a big heart.
I settle easily and seem content just chilling on the couch.
I bark some when everyone leaves the house but it doesn't take long for me to settle down.

Swiftie (Speciel Needs Tripod) She has special needs. Swiftie (Speciel Needs Tripod) is currently being fostered in Sykesville, MD.

All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.

This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster’s home, you may experience something different in your home.
