Join OPH Rescue at The Point in Towson for a Yappy Hour. The event features a Doggie Costume contest with 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners. In addition to doggie trick or treating through up town. For humans there will be a weenie eating contest.

There will be drink specials, dog themed drinks and dogs eat free with the purchase of a human entree.

Many raffles and prizes! Come out and enjoy the fun!
