It's Clear the Shelters 2025!

This is the annual nationwide pet adoption and donation campaign organized by NBCUniversal Local, in partnership with Hill’s Pet Nutrition and Greater Good Charities. The goal? Find forever homes for pets in need and raise awareness about pet homelessness — and of course, celebrate the joy of adoption!

OPH will be participating August 15 through September 15, 2025.

Special Adoption Fee Reductions:

Dogs over 6 months old: $50 off the adoption fee

Cats over 6 months old: $25 off the adoption fee

Several dogs already have a $0 adoption fee, fully covered by generous sponsors.

Adoptions at this event receive an additional $25 reduction on the adoption fee!
